By accessing or using the JMJ Trading website, services, signals, account management, pool funding, or mentorship programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
By using our services, you represent and warrant that:
JMJ Trading provides signals for synthetic indices including volatility indices, step indices, boom & crash, and other Deriv products. Signals include entry price, take-profit levels, and stop-loss recommendations. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
Our account management service involves professional traders managing your trading account under a profit-sharing arrangement. Minimum capital requirements apply. You retain ownership of your funds while we execute trades on your behalf.
Pool funding allows users to combine capital with other traders to access larger positions and reduce individual risk. Pool funds are managed collectively with profits distributed according to contribution ratios.
Our mentorship program provides 1-on-1 training, weekly live calls, strategy breakdowns, and personalized feedback. Mentorship does not guarantee trading profits.
IMPORTANT: Trading forex and synthetic indices carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You could lose some or all of your initial capital. You should never trade with money you cannot afford to lose. Past performance of our signals, account management, or mentorship students is not indicative of future results.
By using our services, you acknowledge that:
Signal subscription fees are as specified on our website or Telegram channel. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
Account management fees are based on a profit-sharing model as agreed upon in the separate management agreement. Fees are deducted from profits only.
Pool funding participation requires minimum capital contribution as specified. Management fees and profit distributions are detailed in the pool agreement.
Mentorship program fees are paid upfront and are non-refundable once the program has commenced.
We accept payments via bank transfer, cryptocurrency, or other methods as specified. You are responsible for all transaction fees.
Due to the digital nature of our services, we do not offer refunds on signals, mentorship, or other digital products once access has been granted. Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion in cases of proven technical issues on our part.

All content provided by JMJ Trading, including but not limited to signals, analysis, charts, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of JMJ Trading and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JMJ Trading shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
Our services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. JMJ Trading makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of our services, or the information, content, and materials included therein. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JMJ Trading, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of our services.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively by the courts of Nigeria.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our services after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements you may enter into with JMJ Trading (such as account management agreements), constitute the entire agreement between you and JMJ Trading regarding your use of our services.
